The Realty Tree and Northshore Rentals now offer the opportunity to pay rent online by debiting your checking or savings account.  This service is provided through Payment Service Network for a small convenience charge of $1.50 per transaction, a charge that is paid directly to Payment Service Network and included with your total payment.  You may set up one-time payments or create an automatic payment schedule to pay your rent each month.  We are offering this service as a convenience to our tenants, if you choose not to use it you may continue to mail your rent payments or drop them off at our office.

If you prefer to use this service by phone, call 877-390-7368 and a trained representative from Payment Service Network will assist you in processing your payment.

Note: Since we use PSN to process your check payment, PSN and its toll free number "877-390-7368" will appear on your bank or credit card statement. Also, please remember that rent is due on the 1st of each month.  Any payments made online after the 1st should include the late fee per your lease.
